Oracle Tool for Comparison of EPM Versions

Every wondered if there was a simple way to compare your current EPM version with a planned version upgrade. Some way to see all the cool new features that would come with the new version. Thankfully Oracle has a great online tool that provides a cumulative feature overview between EPM application versions. The tool can be found here https://apexapps.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=20620:1:0. Simply select the product or products to compare and the current/target versions and generate the report.

Clicking the “Generate Report” will create a list of new features as seen below.

Very handy for developers to see all the new goodies they can play with. For easier analysis or to provide to say a client, simply select the “Export to Excel” button at the end of the list to dump to Excel.
